Agartala, 2 February, 2021 : The first Center of HAMKHOR Project being monitored by UTF, has been inaugurated officially today in Kowaiphang, Jolaibari, South Tripura, through conducting a small programme.
The project’s main purpose is to facilitate the needy people with free necessary materials to meet their basic amenities by raising their standard of living. Materials such as foods, clothing and all the basic materials required for school going kids such as notebooks, pen, pencil and eraser, etc. will be available in the HAMKHOR Center.
From today, the needy people of Kowaiphang area will get the opportunity to procure the available materials from the Center, which will remain open for 364 days in a year. The inauguration programme concluded with the distribution of educational materials among the school students and gifting clothes to the elderly people. The HAMKHOR Kowaiphang center will be looked after by brother Harimanik Tripura, who is one of the UTF members.
